What information should I include in my RFQ?
Drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP, or full TDP), quantity / lot size, material specification (grade, thickness, finish), welding code if applicable (AWS D1.1 / D1.2 / D1.6 / D17.1), tolerance requirements, target lead time, and the end-use program if shareable. The more complete the submission, the faster the quote.
How long does an RFQ response take?
Most quotes return within 2 to 5 business days, depending on scope and material lead times. For complex Tier-2 programs with extensive flowdowns, we'll follow up within one business day to confirm receipt and clarify the timeline.
Can I send ITAR-controlled drawings through the form?
Not through the public form. For ITAR-controlled or CUI drawings, email Sales directly at sales@ntmetals.com for instructions on how to securely transfer technical data so it stays inside ITAR-compliant channels. NTM is DDTC-registered and ITAR compliant; mutual NDAs are standard before drawings are released.
