This Privacy Policy describes how New Tech Metals, a division of Blackman, Inc. ("NTM", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit ntmetals.com (the "Site") or submit a request for quotation ("RFQ"), application, or other communication to us. This Policy is intended to explain our information practices and the choices that may be available to you.

NTM does not sell personal information or use personal information for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Export-Controlled and Defense-Related Information

NTM serves U.S. and allied defense contractors and may receive technical data subject to U.S. export-control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120-130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730-774). If your communication includes ITAR-controlled, EAR-controlled, or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI):

  • Do not transmit such information through the Site's public web form. Contact us first to establish an approved secure transmission method.
  • You represent that you have the authority to share such information with NTM and that doing so does not violate any export-control license, contract flowdown, or end-user agreement.
  • Where NTM receives CUI or other covered defense information through an approved channel, NTM handles that information in accordance with applicable contractual and regulatory cybersecurity requirements, which may include NIST SP 800-171 and applicable CMMC requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, contract, regulatory, or reporting requirements, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Where retention is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize the information.

8. International Data Transfers

NTM is headquartered in Wisconsin, United States. If you access the Site or submit information from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. The data-protection laws of the United States may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a particular transfer mechanism or safeguard, NTM will use an appropriate mechanism or safeguard.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
