This Privacy Policy describes how New Tech Metals, a division of Blackman, Inc. ("NTM", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit ntmetals.com (the "Site") or submit a request for quotation ("RFQ"), application, or other communication to us. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

6. Export-Controlled and Defense-Related Information

NTM serves U.S. and allied defense contractors and may receive technical data subject to U.S. export-control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120-130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730-774). If your communication includes ITAR-controlled, EAR-controlled, or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI):

  • Do not transmit such information through the Site's public web form. Contact us first to establish an approved secure transmission method.
  • You represent that you have the authority to share such information with NTM and that doing so does not violate any export-control license, contract flowdown, or end-user agreement.
  • NTM handles such information consistent with the cybersecurity controls required by NIST SP 800-171 and applicable CMMC requirements.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, contract, regulatory, or reporting requirements, and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Where retention is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize the information.

8. International Data Transfers

NTM is headquartered in Wisconsin, United States. If you access the Site or submit information from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer. The data-protection laws of the United States may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
